We have locations in and around Glasgow. To avoid disappointment call us or contact us to ensure we can find a place suitable for your singing lessons to commence.

All lessons and vouchers should be used within a year of purchase.

By participating in vocal and singing lessons with Louise Berry (Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal), you (or your parent/guardian if under 18) acknowledge that singing involves physical activity and the use of the vocal mechanism. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to vocal strain, fatigue, or muscle tension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in these lessons. Students are expected to use their own judgment and discontinue any exercise that causes pain or severe discomfort. -
The vocal coaching and techniques provided are for educational and artistic development. Our instructors are vocal coaches, not licensed medical professionals or speech-language pathologists. Singing instruction is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any vocal pathologies, diseases, or medical conditions. If you experience vocal pain, hoarseness, or medical issues, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctor or medical professional.

All lessons must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. We are reasonable and life happens. If we can, we will.Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances.
In the unusual event that classes cannot commence, a refund for all unused classes will be given.

Materials, vocal exercises, and backing tracks provided by the instructor are protected by copyright. Recording of lessons is [only permitted for personal practice / strictly prohibited] and may not be distributed, published, or monetized without the express written consent of the instructor. -
Processing and Dispatch
Orders process within 1 to 2 business days.
Same-day dispatch applies if you order before 3pm
Weekend and public holiday orders ship on the next working day.
Delivery Speeds and Costs
Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days via regular postal services.
Important Delivery Rules
Though we do our best to post the same day we get the order, postal delays after dispatch are outside the seller's control. In the event its running late, we will send you an evoucher replacement you can print and pop in a card.
Double-check your delivery address; incorrect details can cause permanent loss or severe delays.
Contact customer support if your hard copy voucher does not arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

Our Shared Environment
I am fully committed to providing a supportive, safe, and inspiring space for you to develop your voice. To maintain this positive environment, I reserve the right to pause, refuse, or terminate lessons at my sole discretion if a student’s behavior, health, or environment compromises the safety, well-being, or mutual respect of our studio community. -
Learning to sing requires vulnerability and trust. I expect all students to maintain a respectful, courteous, and professional attitude during our time together. Inappropriate language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the lesson and potentially all future services. In the rare event that services are terminated due to conduct violations, any remaining prepaid fees for that month will be forfeited.

Your health and vocal longevity are my top priorities.
General Health: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing contagious symptoms (such as a fever, severe cough, or sore throat), please let me know as soon as possible so we can reschedule or shift to a virtual lesson. I reserve the right to deny an in-person session if a student or anyone in the home is actively ill.
Vocal Safety: If you arrive with severe vocal fatigue, strain, or a loss of voice, we may pivot the lesson away from singing to focus on music theory, ear training, or repertoire study, or focus on gentle warmups and vocal healing
. I reserve the right to halt a singing session if continuing poses a risk of physical injury to your vocal cords.

To help us get the most out of our time together, please ensure a safe, comfortable, and focused environment for our sessions.
The Teaching Space: Please provide a well-lit room with enough space for us to stand comfortably and practice posture and breathing exercises.
Distraction-Free Zone: Singing requires deep focus. Please ensure the lesson area is free from major distractions, such as frequent foot traffic.
Family Pets: We love pets, but in the event an animal has a history of, or is displaying threatening behaviour please ensure all pets are safely secured in a separate room before I arrive and for the duration of our lesson.
Safe Environment: I reserve the right to refuse service or immediately leave a home visit if I feel unsafe, or if the environment poses a health or safety hazard (such as aggressive pets, or unsecured hazards).
Presence of a Guardian: For students under the age of 18 or with a registered disbility, a parent or legal guardian must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the in-home lesson. If a guardian is not present when I arrive, the lesson cannot take place and will be billed as a late cancellation.

Personal Safety and Security: Your safety and my safety are paramount. I reserve the absolute right to immediately refuse service, cancel a session, or leave a location if there is any credible threat to our physical safety, security, or well-being from any outside source or third party.
Third-Party Disruption: If a lesson is disrupted, compromised, or made unsafe by the actions of outside individuals, groups, or uninvited guests, the session will be terminated immediately to ensure our safety.
Emergency Cancellation: In the event of an active security concern or emergency situation that prevents me from safely traveling to or conducting a lesson, the session will be postponed and rescheduled at the earliest safe opportunity.
