By participating in vocal and singing lessons with Louise Berry (Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal), you (or your parent/guardian if under 18) acknowledge that singing involves physical activity and the use of the vocal mechanism. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to vocal strain, fatigue, or muscle tension. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in these lessons. Students are expected to use their own judgment and discontinue any exercise that causes pain or severe discomfort. 

The vocal coaching and techniques provided are for educational and artistic development. Our instructors are vocal coaches, not licensed medical professionals or speech-language pathologists. Singing instruction is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any vocal pathologies, diseases, or medical conditions. If you experience vocal pain, hoarseness, or medical issues, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctor or medical professional. 

All lessons must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. We are reasonable and life happens. If we can, we will.

Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Materials, vocal exercises, and backing tracks provided by the instructor are protected by copyright. Recording of lessons is [only permitted for personal practice / strictly prohibited] and may not be distributed, published, or monetized without the express written consent of the instructor.
