Many cases can be resolved in one session. For cases requiring further treatment, the time between appointments will be thoughtfully assessed.

Energy healing is intrinsically linked with consciousness. If your consciousness hasn’t caught up with the deep work, additional treatment may be counterproductive. We work when we are on the same page, ready to move forward together.

Healing often happens in layers that can be treated in different ways. Sometimes a client needs physical work, sometimes psychological and sometimes it’s energetic.
In the case of energy work we can help, however, in some instances, it might not be possible or necessary to begin or continue treatment if signs are showing that energy work will be counter productive but in all cases we will do our best to support you on your healing journey.

Right to Refuse Service and Immediate Termination
Obviously we love attending to all our lovely clients however, without being reactionary, recently there has been a need for greater legal clarity regards to safety when visiting new clients.
The Practitioner reserves the absolute right to refuse service, cancel a session, or terminate an in-progress home visit at any time, for any reason, at their sole and absolute discretion.
If the Practitioner deems the environment, the client’s behavior, or any third-party presence to be unsafe, unhygienic, uncooperative, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate, the Practitioner will exit the premises immediately.
No Liability and Fee Forfeiture
In the event that a session is terminated early by the Practitioner due to safety, behavioral, or environmental concerns:
The client remains 100% liable for the full session fee.
No refunds, either partial or full, will be issued for services already rendered or sessions disrupted. In the event that a service is terminated with outstanding, unused sessions remaining on the balance, a refund for those specific uncompleted sessions will be processed and returned in a timely manner.
The Practitioner shall not be held liable for any perceived lack of service or uncompleted healing sessions.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Your Reiki sessions are a safe, sacred, and entirely confidential space. What you share during your treatment—whether spoken or experienced during healing—remains strictly between us. Your personal details and session notes are securely stored in accordance with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR).When Confidentiality May Be Broken
While your privacy is our highest priority, UK law and professional ethical standards dictate that confidentiality is not absolute. I have a legal and ethical duty to break discretion and contact the relevant authorities without your consent in the following exceptional circumstances:Risk of Serious Harm: If there is an imminent risk that you may cause severe, life-threatening harm to yourself or someone else.
Safeguarding Concerns: If there is a clear risk of abuse, neglect, or harm to children or vulnerable adults.
Statutory Legal Duties: If I am legally compelled to disclose information under UK law, including the Terrorism Act 2000, money laundering regulations, or by a formal court order.
How We Handle Your Information
Prior Consultation: Except in immediate, life-threatening emergencies, I will always attempt to discuss any necessary breaches of confidentiality with you before taking action.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these standard legal and ethical boundaries of discretion.

Identity Verification and Booking Policy
To ensure security, safety, and the highest quality of service, all appointments must be booked using your legal or commonly recognized name. Booking under a false identity, alias, or pseudonym is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, the individual who books the appointment must be the person who attends the session. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, or if someone else will be attending in your place, you must notify us in writing and receive confirmation before the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to use your real name or notify us of a substitute attendee in advance may result in the immediate cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiture of any booking fees.

This privacy notice explains how Louise Berry/ Angelic Sounds Holistic & Vocal collects, uses, and protects your personal information in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What Information I Collect
I collect data at two stages of our interaction:
Via Website Contact Form: Your name, email address, phone number, and any introductory message details.
During Consultation & Treatment: Comprehensive contact details, emergency contact info, full medical history, physical/mental health conditions, lifestyle habits, medications, and ongoing treatment/session notes.
2. Why I Collect It & Lawful Basis
Contract: I need your contact info to manage your bookings, communicate about sessions, and deliver the appropriate treatments.
Explicit Consent: By completing and signing my treatment consultation form, you provide explicit consent for me to process your sensitive health data strictly to ensure your Reiki sessions are tailored safely.
Legitimate Interests: I use your basic details for standard business management and professional accounting. [1]
3. How I Protect and Store Your Data
Your privacy is strictly protected in accordance with holistic therapy professional codes of ethics:
Physical Records: Hand-written paper intake forms and treatment notes are stored securely in a locked filing cabinet accessible only by me. [1]
Digital Records: Contact form data, emails, and any electronic client files are stored on password-protected, encrypted devices.
No Sharing: All information is completely confidential. I will never sell, trade, or share your data with third parties unless legally compelled to do so or in a medical emergency.
4. Data Retention
I do not hold data indefinitely.
Inquiries: If you contact me but do not book a session, your contact form details are deleted after 7 months.
Clients: If you receive treatment, your full records are retained for a set period to satisfy tax requirements and fulfill standard professional indemnity insurance liabilities. Once this period ends, all physical and digital records are securely destroyed.
5. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to look at the data I hold about you, request corrections, or ask for your data to be deleted (subject to my legal insurance retention limits).

What Can I Expect From A Healing?

Reiki is the energy that connects everything it touches to the energy of love and the energy of enlightenment. A client’s condition can be treated in layers. Sometimes it is surface level and can be treated in one layer. In the case of more chronic issues this may necessitate further sessions.

The healer understands the many issues that run through this life and beyond.
They can be a light in dark places. They are able to isolate and elevate negative energetic communications with others that may be hindering the client.
The healer can reignite the client’s ability to process, through partnering to transform the traumas that separate the client from love and enlightenment.

The healer knows how the clients consciousness can be traumatized by bad experiences. They endeavor to enable the client to transmute and shift beliefs so they can feel secure, balanced and protected. The healer can do this without a deep and painful discussion and in the case where silence would be counterproductive, the guidance is tactful and discerning.

These wounds can be isolating and sometimes can feel impossible to overcome when the client has to walk the path alone.
We endeavor to provide the correct level of person centered care, regardless, in the case that the clients beliefs are static and no internal processing happens then these issues are very difficult to shift permanently.

Each session is a layer of the onion. The client does their work in their life, returning when the time is right for them and we clear another layer.
We run beside the client. We chart their progress. We cheer them on. A strong supporting arm, a hand to hold for their healing process but we cannot carry them indefinitely and it would not be a kindness to do so, for within the process of your healing journey is the power, strength and independence that gains you complete sovereignty through self love and acceptance.

The session is the dynamite that blows away the boulders in the clients path. The hand that lifts away the veil. They still need to walk that path. They still need to see what must be processed. How they are able to process decides the victory.

The healer is in partnership with the client. The healer can do their best to apply the correct techniques. They can advise clients on what needs to be processed but they cannot reach in and heal the client with a magic wand. It must be said however, there are glittering moments where it feels like that.
They cannot force the client to do the internal work and it would be impossible to try. In such a case they may take a break to let time take its course. Perhaps returning to the journey at a later date or advising a different approach with another healer or modality.
It is our belief that there is someone for everyone. As a business we trust in the divine timing of the universe and honour the journey of both healer and client.
This approach is not always financially beneficial to the business but we would rather the client achieve their goals in a way that is authentic to them and we respect their right to walk their path the way they need to.

There are rare occasions where we may not be able to work with the clients energy. They may have issues within their system that we have not approached yet. In such a case we reserve the right to politely decline working together.
We are always focused on professional development, gaining new insights and skills to support our clients. Our heartfelt goal is to help as many clients as possible. So don’t hesitate to contact us if you are interested in becoming a client. In most cases we can assist you.
We believe in authentic intuitive healing and feel it would be remiss to work with a client if we feel we are not able to achieve a positive outcome. Working this way ensures the individuals find the best healer to support their particular issues. Moreover, no money or valuable energy is lost, mutually benefiting all parties.

While the healer holds space and can work on issues that the client has not been able to access, the client is the one who must walk their own life path.
We will never pressure the client to evolve in ways they are not ready for however we reserve the right to call an end to the clients treatment journey with us if we feel that it’s not helping or that our healing paths are diverging.
Ensuring a successful outcome for our clients is our primary concern. If it seems that another modality will be a better fit then we will honorably stand aside and help advise you on your next steps.

While inner child and inner teen healing are services offered to assist the client in tandem with their own spiritual journey, illegal, destructive adult choices and responsibilities cannot be left with the healer or removed from the client. This is personal work that needs to be processed by the client themselves.
While it is often not appropriate to discuss these issues with the healer we do suggest seeking a form of therapy outwith the practice as these issues must be processed to complete ones healing journey.

Angelic Sounds would like to stress that if a potential client is seeking energy work in order to hide or cloak their illegal activities, we politely ask that these issues not be brought to the reiki room. This is not a service we provide willingly or otherwise and there are protocols in place for such a circumstance.

Our healing methods are based on the interconnection and loving relationships between all beings. The energy of love and light will not harmonize well with energies vibrating at lower frequencies, which can lead to ineffective sessions and unnecessary costs.
We kindly request that clients seeking our services are committed to a healing path grounded in love and enlightenment. We believe everyone deserves a healer or a teacher who is energetically compatible with their needs, and we encourage finding the right match for the best healing outcomes.

Clients engaged in dark contracts must be clear that if the contract is reversed in this life or any other, re balancing is necessary with all affected parties.
While the healer cannot force the client to relinquish any power, they cannot complete the healing if the client retains certain energies, potentially returning the client to the starting point.
We do not engage in contract laundering and we have protocols to prevent the business or our healers from being complicit in any further harmful contractual activities.
Clients are responsible for the information they provide as they are responsible for the choices they make post treatment. Future negative actions taken by the client after treatment are the singular responsibility of the client.
While we always endeavor to provide a wonderful experience for our clients, our aid does not extend to our accountability for the clients actions.

Requests to attack or influence others’ consciousness will be declined. This does not align with our ethical standards for protection work.
Angelic Sounds focuses on balancing the individual and their environment, recognizing that we are one soul family.
If a client is actively engaged in energy theft, knowingly refusing to correct the issue, this is a non-negotiable boundary of our service, as outlined in the “Alignment with Love and Enlightenment” section.
The healer’s approach will counteract any attempt to harm others, and we have protocols to address situations that might involve us in further personal attacks.
While Angelic Sounds is dedicated to fostering the greatest self within each individual and will not accommodate evil influences, we understand human frailty and strive to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes whenever possible, giving the client the support, tools and advice to become bulletproof in themselves.

We are here as healers who work in the light. We work to the highest good of all. We aim to reconnect individuals with their own higher self through connection to love and enlightenment. In the case where that has been lost, to support the client to do the internal journey to reconnect with their higher self.
Regardless of investment, Angelic Sounds, the practitioners herein, their lineages, their tools and the healing spaces they maintain are not to be used as a place to deposit the unwanted energy of the client, or a power/protection source for the client, their clients or their associates to bolster evil workings or to be used as part of any other potential energetic shenanigans.
