Our candles are crafted using natural soy wax, parafin, wax colouring and premium fragrance oils.

If you have known allergies or severe sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing.

• Burn Site: Never leave a burning candle unattended at any time.

• Keep Clear: Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.

• Safe Clearance: Always leave at least 10cm between any burning candles.

• Debris Free: Keep the wax pool clear of matches and other debris.

• Draft Protection: Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.

• Placement: Only burn candles on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.

• Trim Wicks: Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to prevent smoking.

• Ventilation: Avoid burning candles in drafts, near open windows, or air currents.

• Extinguishing: Use a candle snuffer to safely extinguish the flame instead of blowing

• Burn on a heat-resistant, flat surface.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Please note that all our candles are lovingly handmade and hand-poured in small batches.

Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in color, texture, scent throw, and appearance may occur.

These are natural characteristics of handmade products and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle.

Our candles are sold as curios/entertainments and should not be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

• In Layman’s Terms: If you are playing around with evil, nasty, mean intentioned hooblijoobli, if you are still ‘stirring the pot with a knife’ when we’ve advised you choose different tools from different suppliers to do this with, this is your responsibility. There will be no projecting of karma or energy theft shenanigans. We also don’t create candles to work on that kind of voltage. However your free will is your own.

If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

• Condition: To eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, unburnt, and in its original, unopened packaging.

• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt with your return.

Glass and wax can occasionally suffer during transit. If your order arrives broken, melted, or otherwise damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• How to report: Email us here with your order number and clear time and date stamped photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• Resolution: For your safety, do not mail broken glass back to us. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Any candle that has been lit, used, or removed from its original wrapping.

• Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized orders unless there is a mistake on our part or your item arrives damaged.

• Items marked as clearance, seasonal sale, or "Final Sale." unless your item arrives damaged.

2. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping address.

3. Package the candle securely (we recommend using the original box) and mail it back using a tracked shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing & Dispatch

• Handling time: Orders process within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Satuday).

• Custom items: Hand-poured or custom orders require 7-14 business days before dispatch.

• Weather holds: Shipments may pause during extreme heat waves to prevent wax from melting in transit. 

Rates & Delivery

• Shipping charges: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Transit time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch depending on the region.

Damages & Issues

• Broken items: Photographic proof of damaged or broken glass jars is required within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

• Incorrect addresses: Re-shipping fees for returned packages due to incorrect customer details are charged to the buyer.
